Procedures

To test for pathogens that are causing gastroenteritis a stool sample will need to be provided. Sterling Pathology will provide all supplies and instructions for correctly collecting a stool sample from the privacy of your home. Once the sample has been taken it will be shipped back to our testing facility where we will promptly process the sample and provide results in 24 hours.
