Patient Billing Information
Sterling Pathology Medical Corporation is a member of Southern California Preferred Physicians Medical Group, Inc., through which we are contracted with over 50 PPO plans. We are also participating providers of Medicare, MediCal, Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
PPO and POS Insurance
Sterling Pathology will directly bill your primary insurance company. You will be billed only for the co-payment requirement and/or deductibles applicable. If your plan is not contracted with us, Sterling pathology accepts the plan allowable as payment in full.
Medicare and MediCal
Sterling Pathology is a Medicare/MediCal participant and accepts Medicare assignment. You will be billed only for the co-payment requirement and/or deductibles as required by federal law.
Cash Patient
Please ask for our discounted fee for cash patients, HMO patients provide a fee for service arrangement with your IPA for such authorization.
